Functions will be padleft and padright. First argument is the length, second argument is the optional character (if not specified, space).

Currently looking into this. Might be tricky keeping all Ketarin features intact in this mode, but we'll see how far we get with this method.

I also updated the subject, since Ketarin has always been "multithreaded".
