Improve Startup Load Time

I've noticed delays in 5-10 secs upon first loading to being usable. Not sure if there is anything that could be optimized to help cache or load the entries a little faster.

If you are using sqlite, maybe ensure that vacuum/other maintenance is done on occasion to ensure optimized performance.

Not complaining, just noticed with a list of < 50 and SSD + 32 GB ram that load time is getting a little slower as I go on.
