Installer dependency

The idea is to make Ketarin like apt on Linux.
Author specify which apps need to be installed before the selected app is installed.
When installing app, if there is any dependency, the installation routine for the dependencies should be called first.

When dependencies not exist, download from online database.

Yes, this is exactly what I need. I have to install DirectX runtime before another app. This would help making sure things install in the correct order without resorting to renaming apps in order to change what gets installed first.
